Sales Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead sales and community teams, manage sales operations roadmap and business requirements.
• Deliver customer relationship management, ensure satisfaction and high-quality interactions.
• Identify new partnerships, generate leads, drive signups and conversions through field activities.
• Provide customer feedback to product, marketing, and other teams.
• Develop industry knowledge in FinTech and e-commerce trends.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and take action; manage migrant communities.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in similar role, preferably B2B.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills.
• Independence for field work; car license required.
• Experience making calls to customers and finding leads.
