Business Development, Strategic Initiatives (AI Infrastructure): Leading and closing large-scale compute and managed inference deals while translating AI lab requirements into Crusoe’s cloud product roadmap and infrastructure capacity planning with an accent on cloud architecture, commercial strategy, and energy-aware infrastructure. Focus on negotiating $100M+ cloud contracts, integrating networking and storage requirements, and coordinating product, engineering, data center, and energy teams.

What you will do
- Lead and close nine-figure, multi-year compute and managed inference agreements with major AI developers.
- Translate customer requirements involving networking, storage I/O, and model architecture into product roadmap and capacity-planning priorities.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data Center Infrastructure, and Energy teams on infrastructure investments, power procurement, and site planning.
- Drive go-to-market and commercialization for Managed Inference, Managed Kubernetes, and Bare Metal clusters.
- Act as a technical authority and lead negotiator with internal and external C-level stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to silicon supply, power allocation, and customer delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience structuring and closing complex cloud consumption deals exceeding $100M in total contract value.
- At least 5 years of senior-level experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships in technology.
- Deep practical knowledge of AI workloads, distributed computing frameworks including Slurm and Kubernetes, high-performance networking such as RDMA, InfiniBand, and RoCE, and storage architectures.
- Leadership experience at a major hyperscaler, leading AI startup, or top-tier cloud infrastructure provider.
- Deep knowledge of AI infrastructure and cloud computing, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts as strategic business value.
- Bachelor’s degree required; the role is on-site in Tel Aviv, Israel.

- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience at a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm.
- Knowledge of power systems, utility operations, or energy-driven infrastructure.
- 8+ years of experience spanning hardware, software, and energy markets.
- Established relationships within the Tier 1 AI lab ecosystem.
