Finance Business Partner (Digital Infrastructure)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $325,000–$360,000 annually plus bonus; Restricted Stock Units included in all offers.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the Digital Infrastructure Group on site selection, capacity planning, and market expansion.
• Build financial models for real estate transactions, power agreements, joint ventures, site acquisitions, and build-to-suit developments.
• Translate the multi-billion-dollar digital infrastructure pipeline into prioritized capital plans and long-range financial views.
• Lead investment returns analysis, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews, variance analysis, and materials for executives, the Board, and investors.
• Partner with Real Estate, Power, Technical, Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Development teams while maintaining financial controls and audit compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including meaningful experience in data center, real estate, infrastructure, or energy finance.
• Expertise in real estate and infrastructure financial modeling, including NPV, IRR, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience supporting deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations for real estate transactions, power agreements, or joint ventures.
• Ability to build investment frameworks and business cases for geographic expansion and large-scale capital programs.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis to executive, Board, and investor audiences.
• Ability to mentor and develop analysts and managers into a high-performing team.

Nice to have

• Finance experience at a data center REIT, hyperscale developer, or digital infrastructure investment firm.
• Experience structuring or financing joint ventures, sale-leasebacks, or project-level infrastructure debt.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
