VP of Finance

Location: Must work in person at the NYC office

Salary: $300,000–$350,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building an infrastructure layer for AI workloads and provides cloud infrastructure for category-defining technology companies.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the operating model, connecting financial performance with company KPIs and resource allocation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive and board reporting.
• Partner with founders on fundraising strategy, future funding rounds, investor relations, financial modeling, and data room preparation.
• Develop the finance function, systems, processes, and team from the ground up.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial close, reporting, revenue recognition, and audit readiness.
• Advise BizOps, GTM, and Product teams on pricing, headcount planning, unit economics, and product investments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience building or significantly scaling a finance function, including its systems, processes, and team.
• Deep FP&A and operating model expertise with strong knowledge of SaaS and infrastructure business metrics.
• Experience supporting venture fundraising rounds and managing institutional investor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition under ASC 606, particularly for usage-based or consumption-driven business models.
• Demonstrated cross-functional influence and ability to work in person in New York City.

• Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models.
• Experience in product-led growth businesses.
• SQL proficiency and comfort working directly with data.
