Analyst I Demand (Supply Chain Analytics)

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the office; night-shift availability required

What you will do

• Extract, validate, cleanse, organize, combine, and transform data from business systems and reporting tools.
• Analyze business performance, forecasts, and trends using descriptive analytics.
• Develop dashboards, recurring and ad hoc reports, and visualizations for operational decision-making.
• Identify data anomalies, risks, and opportunities, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain demand planning and forecasting systems and support forecast analysis, adjustments, and reporting.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning activities, reporting automation, documentation, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret data, communicate insights clearly, manage multiple priorities, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least three days per week in the Quezon City office.
• Willingness to work night shifts supporting global business operations.

Nice to have

• Experience using or willingness to learn Oracle, Power BI, Sigma, and Microsoft Copilot.
