Senior Data Engineer

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite work required three times per week. Mid-shift schedule: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM; occasional support for US counterparts may be required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for marketing and enterprise data across multiple business systems.
• Build ELT/ETL solutions and reusable data models for marketing analytics, customer insights, campaign reporting, segmentation, attribution, and personalization.
• Optimize Snowflake performance, resource utilization, query execution, and cost-efficient processing.
• Translate business requirements from Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and other stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
• Monitor and support production pipelines, troubleshoot data quality and performance issues, and participate in releases and deployments.
• Maintain data documentation covering solution designs, lineage, metadata, and operational procedures while collaborating with engineering, DevOps, architecture, and governance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of data engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, dbt Core or Cloud, SQL, and Python.
• Experience building enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud data integrations, data warehouses, dimensional models, and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience with APIs, CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub, CI/CD, data governance, metadata, lineage, and security; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
