Senior Service Engineer, Hydraulic

Location: Wuxi, China; on-site customer service work is required.

What you will do

• Provide on-site hydraulic commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services for customers in the finishing area.
• Study hydraulic drawings and understand finishing-area hydraulic design principles.
• Manage hydraulic test tools and maintain them in good condition.
• Develop hydraulic business opportunities and lead sales activities during projects.
• Manage service projects, including schedules, manpower, costs, data, kick-off meetings, coordination, and wrap-up meetings.
• Maintain accurate project information in the ERP system and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of experience in hydraulic design or maintenance.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with standard office software, including Word, Excel, CAD, PowerPoint, and Project, as well as computer-aided design tools.
• Ability to handle the assigned business independently, with self-motivation and willingness to expand responsibilities.
