Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting

Location: San Francisco, CA, US; on-site

Salary: $175,000–$215,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Set and execute technical recruiting strategy across Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Hardware, and Product.
• Build, lead, and scale a multi-layered team of recruiting managers, recruiters, and sourcers.
• Advise Director-, VP-, and executive-level stakeholders on hiring strategy, organization design, and talent forecasting.
• Own recruiting performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and recruiter productivity across technical organizations.
• Lead the adoption of AI and automation in recruiting workflows while maintaining candidate quality.
• Develop scalable recruiting playbooks, interview training, enablement programs, and structured interviewing practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 4+ years leading recruiting managers or leaders, rather than only individual recruiters.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting organizations in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong experience advising executive leadership on organization-wide hiring and workforce planning.
• Expert knowledge of recruiting data, ATS platforms, sourcing technology, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with experience influencing C-suite stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for infrastructure, cloud computing, AI/ML, hardware, manufacturing, or data center organizations.
• Experience with People Analytics or Talent Intelligence and predictive hiring models.
• Experience building recruiting enablement programs or playbooks adopted across an organization.
