Staff Manufacturing Recruiter (Robotics)

Location: San Carlos, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $110,000–$186,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing engineering, automation, test, software, hardware, and production-related technical functions.
• Advise executive leaders on hiring strategies, talent priorities, and workforce planning.
• Build high-quality talent pipelines across critical manufacturing and technical disciplines.
• Improve recruiting effectiveness through process design, talent-market intelligence, interview calibration, and hiring best practices.
• Mentor recruiters and raise the capability and standards of the broader Talent team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting in technical, manufacturing, engineering, or complex operational environments.
• Proven success hiring across manufacturing, automation, software, hardware, test, or related engineering functions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, directors, and executives on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Strong ownership, judgment, execution, systems thinking, and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or influencing recruiters and recruiting teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or other hardware-intensive industries.
• Experience scaling organizations during rapid growth and operational expansion.
• Experience recruiting manufacturing leadership, technical program management, automation, controls, test, and production engineering talent.
• Experience designing recruiting processes, interview frameworks, organizational hiring plans, or talent programs.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, organizational design, and long-term talent strategy.
