Manager, Technical Recruiting

Location: San Francisco, CA, US; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters and sourcers.
• Own recruiting execution across Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Product, Hardware, and other technical organizations.
• Partner with executive and business leaders on workforce planning and complex technical hiring initiatives.
• Design and optimize recruiting processes, systems, reporting, tooling, and full-cycle hiring strategies.
• Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, interviewer utilization, and recruiter productivity.
• Improve sourcing, interviewing, candidate experience, inclusive hiring, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, including leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Proven experience managing technical recruiters or sourcers and delivering against ambitious hiring goals.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and executive leadership on technical hiring.
• Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms.
• Strong recruiting metrics, coaching, performance management, project management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California, US.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling recruiting organizations through hypergrowth or IPO preparation.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation platforms.
• Experience with Recruiting Operations, Talent Intelligence, or People Analytics.
• Recruiting experience in infrastructure, cloud computing, AI/ML, hardware, manufacturing, or data centers.
• Experience building recruiter enablement programs, interview training, or recruiting playbooks.
