What you will do
- Promote service solutions and proactively identify new business opportunities among new and active customers.
- Manage customer accounts and move them up the Service Ladder through value-added selling.
- Present genuine parts and service offerings, including Parts Plans, Fixed Price Service, Inspection Plans, Extended Warranties, Preventive Maintenance Plans, Total Responsibility Plans, and Air Plans.
- Visit customers in person or virtually to identify business opportunities and understand operational challenges.
- Create value propositions, demonstrate return on investment, and secure service orders.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers while collaborating with engineering and service product teams.
Requirements
- Experience with machinery and/or service sales is advantageous.
- Knowledge of compressed air systems is highly valued.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
