What you will do

• Develop social and content distribution that presents hirify.global as a distinctive AI infrastructure company rather than a generic B2B SaaS brand.
• Turn product launches, bugs, demos, customer stories, and founder input into engaging posts.
• Build an active presence across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, and other relevant developer communities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to identify technical details that support effective distribution.
• Measure content performance, remove ineffective approaches, and build repeatable social and content loops.
• Review and improve hirify.global's existing social media presence.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of reply culture, developer communities, AI discourse, and internet-native communication.
• Ability to write humorous content without making it feel forced or inappropriate.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to distinguish sharp posts from weak or unsuitable drafts.
• Technical curiosity sufficient to understand the product and keep content accurate.
• Ability to publish consistently and operate without requiring a long-term content calendar.
• Ability to build trust and acknowledge knowledge gaps.

Nice to have

• Experience growing an account, community, newsletter, or other internet project.
• Experience building with AI tools or agents.
• Experience learning from a community note or similar public correction.
