What you will do

• Create, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Identify relevant trends, creators, and viral formats and execute content quickly.
• Develop and test original concepts aligned with the brand voice.
• Grow the social presence through consistent publishing and iteration.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and creative, marketing, and robotics teams.
• Experiment with content in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video culture.
• Strong instincts for trends, creators, and viral formats.
• Experience creating and consistently posting content through personal or professional accounts.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willingness to experiment, learn from failure, and improve quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in San Mateo.
