What you will do

• Own and maintain the public communication cadence and company voice
• Engage with the AI industry and shape hirify.global’s perspective in relevant discussions
• Extend founders’ voices through long-form content, talks, and podcasts
• Develop and ship customer stories to build trust and credibility
• Create recruiting narratives to attract talent aligned with company culture
• Partner with founders to define and articulate the company’s category and mission

Requirements

• Experience working with founders or key leaders at critical company moments
• Ability to produce high volume and high quality content independently
• Active engagement in the AI community with informed perspectives
• Strong writing skills across formats with authentic founder voice
• Technical understanding of AI concepts without coding
• Preference for clear, non-corporate, and original communication style
