What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies supporting global business, communications, demand generation, brand, and thought leadership objectives.
• Set performance goals for follower growth, engagement, reach, and share of voice, then monitor benchmarks and report results.
• Plan and deliver social-first campaigns, priority-event activations, and content around the McLaren Racing partnership.
• Own corporate channel decisions, editorial calendars, content curation, copywriting, creative development, and publishing workflows.
• Monitor global conversations about hirify.global and its affiliates, handling escalation and customer-service needs with sound judgment.
• Support executive social presences and establish company-wide social media best practices and training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, digital media, or external communications, preferably within enterprise software.
• Experience contributing to global communications strategies and collaborating with brand, communications, PR, analyst relations, social, agency, and creative teams.
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Current experience developing social strategy and content, managing publishing platforms such as Hootsuite, and reporting on KPIs and optimization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and creative writing skills, including the ability to present clear plans to senior management.
• Preferred degree in business, marketing, communications, or journalism.
