Shipping Specialist (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Brighton, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $21–$30 per hour plus bonus; Restricted Stock Units included in all offers

What you will do

• Follow shipping schedules and prepare shipping invoices, packing slips, and other required documentation.
• Package manufactured products and parts, coordinate loading, and prevent shipment damage.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory, tag materials, and move items using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Complete quality check sheets, photograph projects, and document damages, overages, and shortages.
• Update status information, identify process improvements, and support staffing and training activities.
• Follow company safety policies and contribute to a collaborative shop environment.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or a related role.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, stoop, bend, and use arms and hands throughout a full workday.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and improve.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP software such as Infor Visual or Acumatica.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
