Logistics Associate (Robotics)

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, document, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, and ship robots, batteries, tools, sensors, spare parts, and other deployment equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and serialized asset records in ERP, inventory-management, or asset-tracking systems.
• Organize warehouse, inventory, and equipment-staging areas and prepare deployment kits on schedule.
• Process returned equipment, document missing or damaged items, and coordinate carrier pickups and shipment tracking.
• Support Engineering, Deployment, Field Service, and Supply Chain teams while following safety and shipping procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing, shipping and receiving, or a related field.
• Experience picking, packing, receiving, and staging materials.
• Familiarity with ERP, inventory-management, or asset-tracking systems and basic spreadsheet tools.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, electronics, or another hardware-focused environment.
• Experience managing serialized equipment, service parts, or deployment kits.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Jira, or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of or commitment to obtaining certification for lithium battery and dangerous-goods transport under 49 CFR or IATA.
• Experience operating a cargo van or box truck, international shipping, or regulated-material handling.
