Senior Supervisor, Product Quality (Manufacturing)

Location: Brighton, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Own the product quality lifecycle from raw material receipt through final shipment, primarily for the Modular Data Center (Spark) product line.
• Define and execute supplier quality strategy aligned with organizational goals and risk mitigation.
• Lead and mentor receiving and production quality control inspection teams across all shifts.
• Manage the facility Quality Management System, including incoming material reviews, CAPA, traceability, calibration, and root cause analysis.
• Partner with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to resolve systemic process failures and design-to-build conflicts.
• Define quality KPIs, lead non-conformance activities, assess build-phase risks, and develop contingency plans for delivery disruptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product quality experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience training and developing junior team members and managing team performance.
• Advanced knowledge of build quality practices, structural and electrical inspection techniques, and engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems, performance dashboards, and quality improvement roadmaps.
• Must pass a background check and participate in the required drug and alcohol program for this safety-sensitive position.

Nice to have

• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/QE) certification.
• Expertise in ISO 9001, UL 891, UL 9540, and Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Experience administering a QMS in modular building or data center infrastructure industries.
