Senior Project Manager (Modular Data Centers)

Location: Brighton, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Plan and execute engineered-to-order modular data center building projects from concept engineering through delivery to site.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable scope and coordinate estimating, engineering, procurement, production, and accounting teams.
• Manage customer expectations, scope control, change orders, risk logs, action logs, RFIs, submittals, budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams, allocate resources, mentor team members, and resolve customer issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in a new manufacturing facility and ensure compliance with design, quality, code, and safety standards.
• Manage project permits and licensing requirements by authority having jurisdiction, including package generation and deviation resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience with construction, electrical project management, or modular building manufacturing involving electrical, HVAC, structural, and enclosure systems.
• Knowledge of building and electrical codes and experience collaborating with engineering teams and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Bachelor of Science degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience managing scope, complex change orders, first-of-a-kind projects, budgets, and cross-functional delivery.
• Proficiency with waterfall and agile scheduling, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera P6; Monday.com experience is listed.

Nice to have

• Modular building manufacturing or data center construction experience.
• R&D management experience, PMP or CAPM certification, and advanced project management methodology knowledge.
• Experience with SAP, Visual, Acumatica, advanced manufacturing processes, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
