Senior Project Manager

Salary: $65,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, tasks, schedule, budget, and quality targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with Contract Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Planning, Site Management, EHS&S, and project teams.
• Own customer communication, project documentation, functional design specifications, drawings, acceptance test plans, and deliverables.
• Review and manage contracts, changes, project risks, opportunities, budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• Lead project kick-offs, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and action-item tracking.
• Coordinate project close-out and handover to Customer Service and the external customer.

Requirements

• Solid project management experience with responsibility for complex projects.
• Experience developing and maintaining project execution plans, schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and close-out reports.
• Ability to translate contractual technical requirements into engineering deliverables and tasks, including layouts, emulation, order entry, drawings, and commissioning.
• Experience managing project risks, opportunities, mitigation strategies, resources, and customer or partner concerns.
• Ability to present and negotiate with suppliers regarding third-party components and resale activities.
• Ability to cooperate with site management and EHS&S teams to meet safety, system, environmental, company, and legislative requirements.
