What you will do

• Support the end-to-end management of a commercial property lendhirify.global portfolio, from deal structurhirify.global and credit approval through settlement and ongohirify.global reviews.
• Prepare financial analyses, transaction assessments, and credit submissions for commercial property and construction lendhirify.global opportunities.
• Work with Relationship Managers, Credit, Compliance, and Lendhirify.global Support teams to deliver client outcomes.
• Build relationships with property professionals and provide service across transactions typically ranghirify.global from $10m to $100m.
• Maintain portfolio integrity through account management, KYC requirements, and data quality oversight.

Requirements

• Understandhirify.global of the commercial lendhirify.global lifecycle, includhirify.global credit assessment, approval, and settlement.
• At least 3 years of experience in bankhirify.global or finance.
• Exposure to commercial, development, or construction property finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modellhirify.global skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
