Associate Director, Revenue Strategy, CN (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead market research to identify business opportunities for companies in China.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional strategic projects.
• Support commercial decision-making with market insights, customer understanding, and product knowledge.
• Help product teams define and prioritize new product capabilities.
• Support partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
• Research regulatory policies supporting existing and new business models and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a leading institution; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or corporate development within fintech, TMT, or a professional firm.
• Experience synthesizing multiple information sources into frameworks for business opportunities and challenges.
• Experience working with and advising senior-level executives.
• Solid data analysis skills and familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
