Senior Manager, Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Own central planning assumptions and consolidate inputs from finance, strategy, investments, pricing, product, procurement, and other functions.
• Coordinate Group forecasts across Australian and New Zealand entities, including intercompany recharges and statutory adjustments.
• Design and lead the FP&A operating model, including processes, governance, reporting cadence, templates, and planning systems.
• Lead budget, forecast, month-end, Board, management reporting, and monthly performance communication cycles.
• Develop financial models, analytics, decision-support materials, and automated processes covering revenue, costs, margins, investment, workforce, and operational performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or Group central FP&A and commercial finance.
• 5+ years leading a finance partnering team or significant finance workstream in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and risk analysis.
• Advanced financial modelling, consolidation, management reporting, Board papers, and executive reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience driving FP&A process automation.

• Experience in payments, banking, financial services, or an APRA-regulated environment.
• Experience with integration, transformation, or operating model change.
• Experience with Workday, TM1, or similar reporting and planning systems.
• People leadership, coaching, process design, change leadership, and capability-building experience.
