What you will do

• Handle inbound customer chats and identify opportunities to improve customers’ online presence.
• Educate customers about websites and marketing strategies.
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
• Resolve issues within the scope of support and direct customers to paid solutions or relevant third-party steps.
• Apply consultative sales skills to understand needs and close sales with integrity.
• Meet productivity and daily sales performance targets in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Proven experience in a chat-based environment; chat line of business experience is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
