Facility Support and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) Coordinator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate facility maintenance, consumables, contractor activities, vendor quotes, and production-support maintenance.
• Transport work-in-process materials to and from local suppliers and coordinate inspections for cranes, forklifts, and related equipment.
• Maintain documentation for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications and support internal and external SHE audits.
• Monitor OSHA, environmental, and risk-control requirements; conduct inspections and investigate incidents, injuries, near misses, and accidents.
• Coordinate forklift, lockout/tagout, electrical safety, fire extinguisher, and other required safety training while maintaining certification records.
• Collect SHE metrics and KPI data and support corrective actions, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting safety, environmental, facilities, or compliance activities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
• Manufacturing, facility management, maintenance coordination, audit, inspection, or compliance review experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 or ISO 45001, OSHA 30-Hour certification, or familiarity with Power BI.
