What you will do

• Develop and implement EHS protocols and training to eliminate at-risk behaviors.
• Manage the incident investigation process, including documentation and reporting.
• Act as a liaison to corporate EHS teams for ongoing communication and reporting.
• Ensure facilities are properly permitted for environmental laws, tire disposal, and chemical usage.
• Oversee emissions testing and ensure compliance at retread plants.
• Design and implement hazardous spill prevention and response plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in an EHS-related field, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS requirements including OSHA, MSHA, and EPA.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
