What you will do

• Deploy HSE training, audits, and performance improvement programs to the manufacturing center.
• Ensure company compliance with all relevant Local, State, and Federal OSHA and EPA rules and regulations.
• Develop strategies and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve sustainability objectives.
• Conduct compliance audits and manage the follow-up of improvement actions.
• Lead cross-functional efforts and engage stakeholders to drive behavioral change and safety awareness.
• Manage HSE and Corporate Responsibility projects, including resource, manpower, and financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work across 3 shifts and overtime as needed.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• CSP/ASP, CIH, or Management of Change Practitioner certifications are preferred.
