Program Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain master schedules, e-program books, feasibility reviews, program kick-off books, and supplier risk assessments.
• Monitor resources, support program budgeting, and coordinate customer and internal deliverables.
• Ensure products meet customer requirements, hirify.global standards, and mass-production manufacturability targets.
• Support the specification and procurement of capital equipment, tooling, gauging, and test equipment.
• Coordinate cross-functional Product Launch Team meetings, assign resources, and provide program launch status updates.
• Identify non-conformances and facilitate resolution using 5 Why, 8D, and Ishikawa root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, business, or a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in program coordination or program management within the automotive industry.
• Excellent knowledge of APQP and program management techniques.
• Experience coordinating activities across engineering, operations, accounting, sales, and other departments.
• Proficiency with Office 365, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, technical specifications, financial analysis, and budget management.
