Staff Program Manager, Operations Partnership (Automotive)

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; hybrid work with office attendance at least 3 days per week

Salary: $133,000–$190,000 per year, plus annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own strategy and execution for complex operational partnership programs and portfolios.
• Define operating models, governance structures, success metrics, and commercial and operational outcomes.
• Build performance systems, controls, escalation mechanisms, and operating cadences for strategic partners.
• Lead supplier and commercial negotiations with Corporate Development and Legal.
• Diagnose systemic performance issues and drive sustainable improvements using DMAIC and other structured problem-solving methods.
• Frame complex decisions, risks, and tradeoffs for senior and executive leaders while mentoring program and partnership managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategic partnerships, supplier management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience independently leading highly complex, cross-functional programs or partnership portfolios.
• Experience defining strategy, operating models, governance mechanisms, metrics, controls, and performance systems.
• Strong executive communication, business judgment, stakeholder influence, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational partnerships, supply chains, vendor management, or service-provider ecosystems.
• Experience scaling governance and operating approaches across multiple programs or teams.
• Experience influencing major business decisions without direct authority in rapidly growing or complex environments.
