Senior Program Manager

What you will do

• Evaluate projects during pre-sales and quotation stages, coordinating technical feasibility, resources, costs, lead times, risks, and preliminary schedules.
• Lead order, contract, and technical reviews to align scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, budgets, and timelines.
• Plan and execute projects across design, procurement, manufacturing, commissioning, and final acceptance while managing schedules, risks, quality, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, provide project updates, obtain approvals, and manage scope changes and their cost, schedule, and technical impacts.
• Coordinate procurement, manufacturing capacity, critical components, testing, FAT activities, documentation, installation, handover, and customer acceptance.
• Lead project closeout reviews and continuous improvement using KPIs such as on-time delivery, cycle time, cost performance, change orders, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial equipment, custom automation machinery, or customer-specific system projects.
• At least 3 years of program management or cross-functional project coordination experience.
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience, including customer requirements, technical solutions, quotation support, design, procurement, manufacturing, commissioning, and final acceptance.
• Knowledge of at least two technical disciplines, such as mechanical or electrical engineering, PLC control, software development, sensors, vacuum systems, or automation equipment.
• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing work, and resolving resource conflicts.

Nice to have

• Experience with custom automation, inspection and testing equipment, vacuum equipment, semiconductor equipment, new energy equipment, or industrial machinery.
• Experience with helium mass spectrometry leak detection, vacuum systems, automated leak testing, or customer-specific testing systems.
• Experience in multinational corporations, foreign-invested enterprises, or organizations with formal project management systems.
