What you will do

• Launch new product development projects and manage large-scope changes to existing products.
• Lead cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, systems, software, manufacturing engineering, and quality functions.
• Manage program cost, schedule, quality, financial, and milestone commitments.
• Schedule and lead internal and customer meetings.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues to internal management and customers.
• Support contracts, proposals, business plans, program plans, statements of work, and program profit and loss management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined engineering, manufacturing, or program management experience in automotive, off-road, or electronics industries.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in product development, manufacturing, or program management preferred.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of APQP, product development and launch processes, BOMs, drawings, DFMEA, quality plans, and PPAP.
• Knowledge of financial concepts including gross margins, NRE, and BOM costs.
• Experience or knowledge in supplier change management, PMI certification, and Microsoft Office; SMT and PCBA knowledge.
