Warehouse Associate (iGaming)

Location: Onsite in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico

What you will do

• Coordinate staffing assignments and support daily production goals under the area supervisor.
• Coordinate material movement and production flow to meet established schedules.
• Resolve operational issues, investigate root causes, and communicate findings with recommended actions.
• Track backlogs, metrics, reports, and performance levels using manufacturing information systems, databases, and SAP.
• Create and monitor Serena cases, expedite issue resolution, and coordinate material returns and reconciliation.
• Train and mentor employees, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze operational issues, identify root causes, make decisions, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Ability to maintain professional working relationships and adapt to a changing environment.
• Must prioritize attendance and punctuality and pass a security investigation.
