JR Buyer - Plant A (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support purchasing administration through data entry, file management, and document organization.
• Create, update, track, and follow up on purchase orders to support timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchase-order, supplier, inventory, and purchasing-system records.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers and assist with resolving discrepancies and delays.
• Coordinate with receiving and warehouse teams to track materials and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and supplier relationship management.

Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of experience in a manufacturing administrative role or purchasing environment preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing processes and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; temporary visa holders requiring sponsorship are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience with IFS ERP or purchasing software.
