hirify.global provides the manufacturing environment for purchasing operations supporting plant activities.

What you will do

• Handle data entry, file management, document organization, and purchasing records.
• Create, update, track, and follow up on purchase orders to support timely delivery.
• Research suppliers and products and assist with supplier communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with receiving and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Manage purchasing and inventory data and prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
• Track expenses and reconcile invoices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing administrative role or purchasing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of purchasing processes and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with IFS ERP or purchasing software.
