Account Administrator I (iGaming)

Location: Onsite in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico

What you will do

• Process customer orders, including order entry, administration, and shipping.
• Oversee related activities of third-party vendors to keep orders moving through systems and processes.
• Develop capacity plans for build-to-stock and build-to-order environments.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to support customer satisfaction and cost control.
• Prepare volume and demand planning analyses, supply schedules, production schedules, and order backlog updates.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in project management and supply chain or sales support.
• Experience with customer service, sales order management, and order-to-revenue cycles in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.
