Lead Technician (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Manage materials, tools, company property, manpower, subcontractors, and other project resources.
• Manage daily on-site operations and maintenance activities and schedule maintenance plans through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and verify compliance with contractual availability requirements and AW instructions.
• Communicate with customers and report deviations from complex planned site activities to the Service Area Manager.
• Perform simple turbine repairs, troubleshooting, and fault finding independently.
• Carry out complex repair processes with the local trainer or dispatcher.

Requirements

• Technical Engineering qualification or similar.
• High level of written and spoken English required.
• Experience or training with MS Office, SCADA, Maximo, PDM, and JDE.
• Ability to manage maintenance activities with a focus on availability, reliability, retrofit implementation, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to complete reports and checklists and supervise spare-parts inventories and special-tool certifications.
