What you will do

• Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
• Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, control systems, and related electrical components.
• Use multimeters and other testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical connectivity issues with engineering and quality teams.
• Meet production targets while maintaining safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Participate in audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and support other production activities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, plus electrical certification or technical training.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing, preferably involving wind turbines, industrial systems, or automotive electrical systems.
• Ability to read work instructions, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with multimeters, crimping tools, diagnostic equipment, and overhead cranes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required crane operator certification.
• Fluent English is required for safety communication, instructions, and collaboration with supervisors and team members. Candidates must also be able to work at heights and pass a respiratory fit test when required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 quality systems.
• Willingness to obtain additional electrical safety certifications.
