Associate - Product Operations

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Phoenix, Chicago, and San Francisco.

Salary: $74,800–$110,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Drive product and quality strategy for a new logistics and parcel delivery business line.
• Build playbooks, models, processes, and tools to support rapid business growth.
• Work with Business Development, Product, Logistics, and Operations teams to influence roadmaps and set requirements.
• Prioritize partner needs, assess trade-offs, and design solutions that improve speed and service quality.
• Analyze business opportunities using identification, sizing, pricing, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor service quality and recommend improvements to product and operations teams.

Requirements

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams.
• Organized approach with attention to process and thorough documentation.
• Ability to take ownership, act with urgency, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience in ecommerce and/or logistics.
• Curiosity about business operations and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
