U.S. work authorization without employment visa sponsorship is required. Travel to the headquarters in Melville, New York is required approximately six times per year.

Salary: $111,035–$138,794 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmaps, goals, user journeys, and delivery plans for complex logistics and commerce initiatives.
• Translate fulfillment center, warehouse, and operations workflows into product requirements and scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Project Management, and senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize AI and machine learning opportunities across commerce and logistics use cases.
• Own backlogs, user stories, documentation, Scrum ceremonies, and user acceptance testing through implementation approval.
• Establish KPIs, A/B tests, staged rollouts, monitoring plans, and post-launch analysis while mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience independently leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Strong experience with KPIs, experimentation, A/B testing, performance monitoring, and product documentation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, backlog management, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, written communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship and be located in or willing to relocate to one of the specified U.S. states.

• Experience with fulfillment centers, warehouses, logistics, or delivery operations.
• Ownership of commercial outcomes such as conversion, revenue, profitability, or P&L.
• Familiarity with headless commerce, APIs, enterprise commerce platforms, SQL, BigQuery, design tools, or e-commerce businesses.
