Senior Product Manager (Logistics)

Location: Hayes Valley, San Francisco, California, United States. Hybrid schedule with remote work on Monday and Friday and office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Annual base salary: $190,000–$240,000, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the full product development lifecycle from customer need-finding through product vision, execution, and launch.
• Own the 0-1 definition and launch of a new product line expanding the customer visibility platform into a new $1 billion vertical.
• Align product vision with Ryder operations, IT stakeholders, and an ongoing platform transformation.
• Partner with designers on prototyping and early ideation for features across logistics workflows.
• Execute cross-department initiatives involving engineers, designers, operators, customers, and leadership.
• Shape the long-term technology vision and future product initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience building 0-1 products and delivering strong user experiences.
• Experience shipping web or other user-facing applications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across an organization.
• Ability to execute independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong data-driven analytical skills for validating assumptions and recommendations.
• Comfort working with complex enterprise systems and integrations.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of professional experience and 4+ years in product management.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in freight, logistics, manufacturing, or another operationally complex industry.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, dynamic, and fast-growing startup environments.
