Manager, Product Excellence

Location: United States; remote work with onsite travel approximately once per quarter

Salary: $110,604–$179,956 annually for non-PERS positions or $118,300–$189,254 annually for PERS positions, depending on classification and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead the Product Excellence team across a diverse product portfolio.
• Develop and optimize product plans aligned with organizational strategy and market delivery objectives.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent product development initiatives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs, monitor portfolio performance, and use data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives that improve product quality, cost efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage, coach, and develop team members while fostering an inclusive, accountable, high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in product development, product management, or product operations, or at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing or optimizing a diverse product portfolio and coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong skills in product planning, operations, KPI development, performance analysis, project organization, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams across functions.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel onsite approximately once per quarter.
