Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Xiamen, Fujian, China

What you will do

• Manage daily production and assembly activities against safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost, and capacity KPIs.
• Implement 5S, production standardization, safety practices, and sustainable development initiatives.
• Lead an independent production team through performance management, capability building, and talent development.
• Collaborate with planning, purchasing, quality, production technology, and other functions to resolve bottlenecks and production exceptions.
• Analyze and solve on-site production, process, technical, and quality issues.
• Optimize production processes, manufacturing methods, standard working hours, productivity, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; an engineering background is preferred.
• At least 5 years of production or process management experience in a manufacturing workshop.
• Proven experience in on-site operations, team management, and lean improvement.
• Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electronic products, with the ability to analyze and improve process and quality issues independently.
• Proactive approach, fast learning ability, strong teamwork, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good written and spoken English; proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint for data processing, analysis, and production improvement.
