Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Construction Management

What you will do

• Lead cost management services and direct internal cost management teams across construction projects and programs.
• Interface with clients, general contractors, owners’ representatives, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost control, change management, commercial reporting, and project controls activities.
• Advise clients on contracting, procurement strategy, capital planning, risk mitigation, and program-level reporting.
• Manage financial forecasts, margins, KPIs, business management systems, audits, and delivery methodologies.
• Coach and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, support proposals and RFP responses, and develop client and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
• At least 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
• Expertise in quantity surveying and RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
• Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, lead teams, and operate in a client-facing role.
