Material Handler (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Brighton, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $21–$26 per hour plus bonus, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers.

What you will do

• Follow shipping schedules and prepare shipping invoices, packing slips, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate and perform loading of outgoing shipments, using packaging methods that prevent damage.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory, tag materials, and move products throughout the shop with pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Complete quality check sheets, photograph projects, and document damages, overages, and shortages.
• Support status tracking and continuous improvement initiatives across shipping and manufacturing operations.
• Train new team members and provide management input on staffing and hiring while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or a related role.
• Required forklift experience and the ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform standing, walking, stooping, bending, and hand-intensive work for a full workday.
• Ability to participate in an active drug and alcohol program and pass a comprehensive background check.
• This is a safety-sensitive position in a safety-sensitive facility.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP software such as Infor Visual or Acumatica.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
