Reagent Material Handler

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts; on-site Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Salary: $22.16–$26.40 per hour

What you will do

• Receive reagent raw materials and stage them in assigned warehouse locations.
• Manage components, raw materials, and WIP using FIFO and transfer orders.
• Deliver materials to manufacturing departments and return unused components to storage.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory records.
• Maintain reagent WIP warehouses, retain cages, refrigerators, and staging areas.
• Transfer waste drums from Satellite Accumulation Areas to the Main Accumulation Area.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of material handling experience.
• 2–4+ years of forklift driving experience, including power equipment such as stackers and stand-up reach forklifts.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and perform accurate basic math, counting, and inventory cycle counts.
• Ability to read and write English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Entry-level knowledge of QSR, OSHA safety standards, and GMP.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, adapt to change, and perform physical warehouse tasks including lifting up to 25–50 pounds.
