Senior Manager, GTM Intelligence and Analytics (BI)

Location: Remote-USA; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

Salary: $155,200–$247,800 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC; $147,400–$235,400 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. The role is also eligible for equity awards.

What you will do

• Own go-to-market strategy analytics from pre-sales pipeline and funnel performance through post-sales customer health and retention.
• Build, lead, and grow a team of business intelligence professionals through hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, and career development.
• Set standards for performance measurement, executive analytics, visualization, and L1/L4 go-to-market metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Success, Data Science, Systems, and go-to-market leaders to define business questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Represent business intelligence in strategic planning and manage prioritization, quality control, recurring reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Work with Data Science and Systems teams to improve data accuracy and structure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business analysis or business intelligence experience, including decision-making and financial models.
• 2+ years of direct experience managing, developing, and growing analytics or business intelligence professionals.
• Expert-level SQL, Replit, and Tableau or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience shaping business decisions through data, communicating complex findings to executives, and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience partnering across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Operations.
