Senior Associate, Enterprise Restaurants (AI)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: $129,000–$161,250 USD or $172,000–$215,000 CAD annually, plus sales commission

What you will do

• Own, develop, and grow strategic enterprise restaurant merchant partnerships.
• Drive merchant sales growth through activation, marketing, product launches, and operational initiatives.
• Build relationships with C-suite, strategy, marketing, and operations leaders.
• Act as a liaison between merchant partners and hirify.global leadership, product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Use playbooks, data, AI-powered insights, and internal tools to prioritize opportunities, resolve roadblocks, and improve merchant outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or consulting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to produce actionable recommendations from complex datasets; advanced spreadsheet skills required.
• Demonstrated track record of driving growth and managing multiple priorities independently.
• Strong AI fluency, including the ability to interpret AI-generated insights and turn them into executive-level recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplaces, operations, or logistics.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Experience with Claude Code.
