What you will do

• Supervise production scheduling by monitoring material inventories, production progress, and schedule-impacting factors.
• Support sourcing strategy execution to meet business growth and sourcing requirements.
• Monitor and report supplier scorecard performance.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, machining, and assembly operations to achieve 100% on-time delivery.
• Select, evaluate, and manage employees to support efficient team operations.
• Resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems and maintain compliance with business conduct standards.

Requirements

• Understanding of materials management, production scheduling, sourcing, and supplier operations.
• Ability to work with quality, engineering, machining, assembly, vendors, suppliers, and potentially external customers.
• Formal supervisory experience, including setting priorities and coaching employees to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to use judgment to resolve operational and technical issues.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
