Material Coordinator/Handler III (Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, TX; onsite manufacturing and cleanroom environment

Salary: $20.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Prioritize daily stores activities, receive parts, update inventory records, and maintain shortage reports.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, locate and transfer materials, and prepare kits for shipment.
• Coordinate material delivery to manufacturing and cleanroom environments, replenish line-side bins, and regulate material movement.
• Review upcoming work orders and project status, expedite vendor deliveries, and process non-conformances.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, vans, trucks, or overhead cranes as assigned while following safety protocols.
• Train and support other Material Coordinators and manage excess, obsolete, reworked, transferred, or scrapped materials.

Requirements

• Proficiency in established materials, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Experience or ability to work with inventory systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including extended standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to distinguish colors and work around noise, hand and power tools, and heavy machinery.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other powered industrial vehicles as assigned.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom while using required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
