What you will do

• Program, set up, and operate live-tool CNC lathes and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines.
• Use CAM software to develop CNC programs and produce complex precision parts.
• Review drawings, blueprints, and work instructions; plan machining sequences and select appropriate tooling.
• Design and create fixtures and work-holding solutions for complex parts.
• Inspect in-process parts using calipers, height gauges, gauge pins, and other precision tools.
• Operate waterjet and general shop equipment, maintain tooling, perform minor machine repairs, and complete AS9100 documentation.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of CNC experience and programming, plus a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Strong CAD/CAM programming skills and proficiency with SolidWorks or Inventor.
• Excellent mechanical coordination, attention to detail, accuracy, safety awareness, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, work with limited supervision, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication, flexibility, urgency, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced team environment.

• Hardware installation or CNC press brake operation experience.
